Since 1992, LAUSD has teamed up with 10 diverse and respected charities in LA for Sharing Brings Hope. These groups raise money for over 400 charities together.
The goal is to donate money to programs that help communities with health, social, environmental, and educational needs.
This is a great opportunity for students and families to donate for a good cause! We can learn to be civic minded, philanthropic, and give HOPE by SHARING with others!
Instructions for Students
Step 1: Get your envelope.
Step 2: Fill out your envelope. (Ask your family or teacher if you need help.)
Step 3: Check off the charities to which you would like to donate.
Step 4: Ask family and family friends to donate money. (Cash and checks are accepted.)
Step 5: Turn in your envelope to your teacher.
Step 6: Get a new envelope and get more donations!
